Incorrect service fees yet again

last year i brought to rhe attention of std bank that ivwas being overcharged by abt R80 monthly over a 2 year period iro fees. i was told they would not refund me because i had not brought it to theur attention sooner . this strughlw went on for a couple of months all thw while i was still being charged incorrectly. in jan 2021 i was once again charged incorrectly and 3 weeks later, the error was fixed. in feb i was once again charged incorrectly. i sent through an email advising of this error and it has still not been responded to. when does finally get resolved that i paid one correct amount monthy and not have to go through all of this everg single month
