Incorrect Postal Address

This is my second complaint regarding the same problem. I received assistance from Carlene Thuynsm after months of her trying to assist me with my problem only one on my accounts with standard bank now reflect my correct postal address on my emailed statements. It is no fault on her side as she has done what she could and followed up frequently. I just at this point don't know what more she can do to help correct the problem with my postal adress reflecting incorrectly as whomever she is contacting is not doing as she requests.
