Incorrect Internet Banking

My absolute hate is when my bank prescribes options and their options are out of date and I have to be inconvenienced to correct their error. When trying to load a beneficairy, Amathole District Municipality as a beneficiary the website advises that this is a prescribed beneficairy and you have to select from the drop down list, great no problem, add the beneficairy, pay the account and then find out on the proof of payment that Standard bank still has this beneficiaries banking details as an ABSA account when in fact it was changed to Standard Bank in early 2016, since the system will not allow me to load this beneficiary manually with the correct bank details I have to now make alternative arrangements to pay my council accounts and since I live in JHB this now becomes problematic. So much for moving forward, I think moving backwards is more apt.
