Incorrect information reflecting on Credit Bureau
At the end of 2018, my house was sold at a loss and there was a shortfall amount. This amount was the handed over to the bank's recoveries department and an agreement was drawn up where I would pay the amount of R1200 per month over a maximum period of 6 years.
The information on the credit bureau is wrong as I do not owe Standard Bank the amount stated there (which is almost the full original bond amount) and nor do I have an agreement to pay the original monthly bond amount as is shown on Transunion.
I need for the correct information to be reflected as per my agreement with the bank. I emailed Fikile at Standard Bank's recoveries division last week, but have received no reply. When calling the bank, nobody answers.
