Incorrect Details on Statement

Hello , <br> <br> I have a house loan at Standard Bank , the details on the statement is incorrect , I have been to a branch to update it , sat an hour in a queue and still not updated.<br> <br> I called the home loans dept , they said to mail it all through , I did and still nothing.<br> <br> Could some one please advise who I can talk to in order to update my personal information?<br> <br> <br> <br> Regards<br> Adriaan<br>
