Incorrect credit card limit increase
I had requested a limit increase of R50000 on my credit card the limit was requested for this amount for a reason. Standard bank increased it to R40000 this was an error from my end. I have escalated this and have requested to do the adjustment to R50000. To date no action has been taken. Thus far ive been satisfied with aervice received so far but ma extremely dissapointed that the incorrect credit limit was increased too kindly urgently increase my limit to R50000.
