Incorrect Capturing

I requested for a change in debit order details and date for my bond. The process was done quick, which was great. But then I get an sms of my account being debited 7 days before I get paid. There was no money, so obviously the debit order bounced back. This will leave such a dent in my credit score all because someone *********** didn't read the letter I sent to them properly. I had also app**** for a home loan substitution. Nobody has called me in 5 days! It's only when I check on self service that I heard it was granted, but nobody has bothered telling me that or on a way forward.
