Incorrect arrears amount and account holder detail

I have been trying to resolve a issue regarding incorrect arrears amounts,foreign account holders been attached to my account number.I have dealt with various consultants telephonicaly who have all been arrogant and just outright rude! I have emailed various people (patrica moshotetsi , nicole kirkwood) and i am still waiting for a positive response. Standard Bank has contravened their privacy policy along with supplying me with arrears amounts telephonicaly,or by email which all differ!!!<br> This has been going on for about 2 weeks now and i am still waiting!!!!!
