incorrect amount debited

i was supposed to pay R4130.00 on the 25/11/2015 to standard bank home loan and paid R3000.00 on 26/11/2015 meaning i was deliquent with R1130.00 and was prepared to pay overdue today however standard bank deducted R4130.00 again on 10/12/2015 instead of R1130.00. when i call for reversal of R3000.00 they are sending me from pillar to post and not willing to assist me..i need the money urgently as i have and urgent matter to attend to
