Inconvinience of the so-called CONVINIENT BANKING

When I changed my account from savings to cheque/current account in December 2010 I thought I was to enjoy the benefits of convinient banking such as overdrafts, 2 free deposits and 1 free withdrawal monthly teller serviced transaction, 1 free ATM statement and monthly posted statements as they are some of the benefits enjoy by cheque account holders with a monthly service fee of then R99 but NO twas not as heavenly as it was sold- talk about candy coated propaganda of which I turned a blindish eye to for the past 5 year cause I was always billed for the atm statements and since time is not so liberal with me I just let it slip avoiding long queues and being sent from pillar to post, but today was the last straw as my insurance was reversed and I found out when I called that am being billed for a teller deposit and I was issued a mere sorry and transferred to what I thought was a branch for a reversal only to be issued another sorry and offered to be transferred yet again to a branch after she insisted that I visit a branch on Sunday in KZN after I told her am in Port Elizabeth, and am still waiting for their findings from a 2012/13 cases on my daughters account till this day
