inconvenience for my family

on the 21 April 2015 i went to the ATM to withdraw Rent and groceries money only to find my account on 0.00, i then called my branch.They then reffred me to legal were i spoke to a guy called lebohang who explained to me that the cheque account i had with them was not closed so it has been accumulating fees every month which i was not made aware of. i then asked how much was in arrears he sai it was R4000, which the money they took on the 21 April 2015 was R2784.67 i then asked him couldnt they take atleast R400 a month cause i have a family to support and Rent to pay for Shelter he said there's nothing they can do if i dont have a lease contract. i rent in a township where we dont use lease contracts. I am in desperate need of your help in this matter cause i need to pay the landlord and buy food for my family. How do i survive if they doing this to us without looking at our backrounds. dont mind making an arrangement to pay the amount but not like this. Please assist as i might find myself and my family on the street. Themba
