Incomplete claim

Since I logged complain of hail damage at stander bank insurence, the requested quotation till today. Every time when I follow up they told me to resend quotation. I have sent to more than different email. The out of reply will confirm but the agent will tell me they haven't received it . Now is second year sitting with this problem but I pay every month end
