Incompitant and unprofessional bank

I have never in my life dealt with such incompitance and unprofessionalism just to get a card from Standard bank, i opened a accoint account a few months ago, few days later receive a message that my card has arrived when i got there waited a hour and a half just to find out it was delivered to the wrong branch, therafter received a message that the card has arrived again a week or so later went to the bank waited more than a hour just to get the same story they couldn't even tell me where the card was this time, the same happened again 2 weeks later and now more than a month later again when i got to the bank waited in line just to get the news that its at the wrong branch again. Think twice before moving they will waste your time.
