Last year I posted a complaint on hellopeter because standard bank vehicle and asset finance refuse to send us our paid up vehicle papers. They keep requesting an outstanding amount of R1200 for supposed lawyer fees but we’ve had communication in email from them and their representatives stating that we should ignore this and that a credit would be done, we’d then get our papers. Months down the line, nothing has been done. We are still being asked for this money. We have emails here stating that we should ignore that and that everything is paid up, which serves as a legal document. I want my vehicle papers NOW!!
