The Standard Trust Beneficiary Care division of Standard Bank manages the pension benefits of minors under trusts. I have received an awfully disappointing service from this division since the day my child’s pension benefits were received by them from his late father’s pension fund. The beneficiary fund is supposed to assist me in taking care of the child but I keep on having to painfully push this organization to get any payment. I feel helpless and frustrated as nothing I’ve tried to get a solution for this has worked. Their incompetence is utterly disgusting! I wish I had a choice to change the trust to another service provider.
