*********** Standard bank

When I decided to leave Standard bank and move my debit account, child account, savings account over to another bank I was hoping that I would not have to deal with an *********** bank like Standard bank. Yet again I find myself at odds with same bank. I have a credit card with them which I stopped a year a ago. I have been paying the debt collection company that was assigned to me R900 per month than increased it to R1 200. In November 2019 this company gave me a 45% discount to pay off my debt.They than dissapeared. I called the bank without any success. Today I get a call from another debt collector ( MBD) which state that I need to start paying them and they send me the balance I had in March 2019. Standard bank did not communicate that it's changing debt collectors or process.However I need to give them my banking details, which will not happen. This bank is just Soooo *********** even a small debt collection process is one they can not get right.
