*********** standard bank

Hello , I'm up to my throat with this standard bank, it's so ***********, we have been going up and down with my mom about my uncle's accounts being closed , and for the whole 2months still nothing, we have spend money we dnt have, going to the branch (without any help) then ended us being the one dealing with the deceased account department , we emailed ,made calls at our expenses, and they said it will be sorted out after 10 days, now today I call them and Audry says to me, no check us next week.i mean really how can a person die in January and even to this day , it's a struggle for his family to get the funds he saved for them. I have never seen such incompetency in a bank, I would also not advice people to open an account with them.
