*********** staff. unpaid money.

I've had std bank speed point since Last year. Early March it was faulty i phoned std merchant it was replaced. But since then transaction swiped by clients are not transferred into my account. Now this is a business speed point. I can't buy materials the last money I got was on the 11th of march there's been transactions 18,19,23,29, all those are not paid? I phoned on TTuesday using my cell in the morning no one seems to know what they are talking about. I was sent to my bank fnb but there's no outstanding or any pending money showing I had to phone for the 7th timestd bank again and when you get cut off no one phones you back even though I told them I'm using my cell. The last guy told me to press f. Follow steps definitely money will be paid in 2days .Thursday nothing! I'm running a business how must i buy materials, pay staff when my money is held for 3weeks and no one knows anything? It's month end how must I pay rent? Every time you phone they keep you on hold until airtime runs out. You phone again relate problem to new person who will keep you holding for 15 minutes. Can someone know their job is there a superior person at standard bank merchant or *********** staff only?
