Standard Bank does not deserve even one star. I have received horrible service from them. They have send me from pillar to post and no one knows who should be assisting me with regards to my personal loan application. The call center agents give incorrect information. They say they will call back and no gets back to you. After all the calls I made I was send to the branch and still no one can assist at the brach. I spoke to the team leader Unity who hang up my call after he put me on hold for a good 1 hour. I'm still stilling here in the bank 3 hours later and no one knows what to do. Absolutely disgusting service. Shame on you. Especially Unity.
