Standard bank branches in Northgate and Campus square customer service and consultants are useless . This is the second day trying to open a prestige account.. The systems are apparently offline and branches keep apologising for being understaffed. Utterly pathetic.. Customer service is not a department its an attitude. Customers are just expected to be complacent with poor service and smile while wasting 2 hours in a branch!!!!! Outrageous!!!!
