Can I please change my prestige banker.<br> <br> I have never asked my prestige banker to do anything for me, nor has she made a courtesy call to me. The only time I spoke to her was when I opened my prestige account. Just recently I needed her assistance and she was to no avail. No answer, no return of my calls and emails. I had to phone the prestige line over and over and eventually, after so many attempts, so many messages- she phoned back only to disappoint me.<br> <br> So I phoned the prestige line to change her as I cannot work with such incompetence and the call centre lady told me that I need to speak to her directly. I asked why because I want nothing to do with her and she never picks up or answer emails anyway. The lady said she will connect with the branch manager, who also didn't pick up his/her line whilst I was holding on the phone. She then told me that she will leave a message with the branch manager who is said to contact me back.<br> <br> Geez, I just want to change Prestige bankers, I don't want to change talk to her/ her branch manager!Why is it so difficult??<br>
