My query goes back from June and to date it hasn't been resolved. A consultant named by Samantha from home loan department arranged for a spread of arrears amount on my home loan without my partners concern. This is affecting my credit records and frustrating :( :( I have queried this with different consultants and senior personnel to resolve my query to date it hasn't been resolved, instead I've been taken from pillar to post. This ERROR has really affected my credit record as I'm getting daily calls from collection department for something that needs to be fixed by the bank. This has also affected my payment terms and monthly repayments.
