I have vehicle finance with STD bank. My maintenance and warranty expires the 27th Feb 2016. I have received a quotation rom the dealership to extend the motor plan. I want to add the amount to my existing finance but i keep getting passed to Innovation group that does their own maintenance and warranties. I do not want theirs as its chalk and cheese compared to what I'm getting from the dealership. NO ONE and I MEAN NO ONE seems to understand what i want and keeps saying i need to contact Innovation group.<br> <br> Im afraid that I will lose my benefits of my plan if its not extended before the 27th Feb. I need someone at STD BANK to call me and sort this out ASAP. Someone senior that understands and not you call centre advisors as they are not skilled enough to assist me.
