<p>Everytime i go to Standard Bank in Burgersfort to do money gram i never seem to get any assistance. First time i went there was on the 08 of July and Kgaugelo, who was not even willing to assist told me how my request will take forever and that it's going to be worse cause i'm not banking with Standard Bank fine i left without my money and went back with all documents. I went back on the 11th of July and it took them 3 hours to give me the money after i had to wait for what only heaven knows and whereas you say it only takes 10 minutes, fine i was patient cause all i wanted was to be assisted and get my money. Second time i went on the 05th of August where i found Selby and he told me that unfortunately he can't assist cause both the people who are supposed to authorise the process went out, how can both team leaders go on lunch at the same time doesn't make sense but anyways so I left with no assisstance. I work during the week and the only time i can do this is on the weekend. So i went back on the 11th of August where i found Kgaugelo and she told me that she can't assist me cause there is no one who will authorise the process, how does a team work without a team leader?. She further added and said they don't really do money gram on Saturday, when I asked her where it's written she said nowhere but it's something they don't do. Now how will I know that you don't do MoneyGram if you don't write it anywhere for us to know? So my question is what happens to us who are working during the week and only have 30 minutes lunch, does that mean I will never get my money? Now i used my money to climb a taxi and go to the bank only to be told that either all team leaders are on lunch or they can't assist cause there is no one to authorise the process. What if that was my last money that i used? I don't bank with Standard Bank but after such experience do you think i will gladly move from my current bank and bank with you? So now i want to know how will i get my money seeing that i work during the week and on weekends you DON'T REALLY DO MONEY GRAM?! Please let me know when will it be suitable for you to assist with me receiving my money. </p>
