*********** Employees

I received sms to submit ID and proof of residence documents after there building in which they stored the documents burned down. I have now submitted these documents more than once at Bracken City and have received sms's to indicate that my account will be locked if i don't submit these documents. When phoning the number stated in sms it was confirmed that they have received my documents. Now once again I received a sms to state that my account is locked. If they have once again lost the documents the costs to obtain these documents should be for their account. Why should I spent my money and time to pay for their incompetence. What happened to the competent staff previously working at the branch. To submit these documents waste at least 2 hours of a persons time as not only do you have to drive there, the waiting time in the branch is very long as the staff is not competent and customers are expected to queue for a entry into some register and then sit and wait to see a consultant. Why can't the person updating the register not collect the documents. They should collect documents from customers as it is their fault that documents are lost/destroyed.
