After waiting for an hour and a half to see a consultant so I could submit my FICA documents which I had on my possession on the 11th of March 2015 the consultant just merely verified them and did not bother to scan them on the system now my account is frozen I have access to money all because of the incompetency of a consultant and this is the second time this happens. I adhered to the FICA requirements.
