Incompetency

Good Day

I had an investment account(acc # ********** 91) which matured 2016-12-05 which as per Simphiwe one of your service center agent said the amount was paid into the cheque account.I am sure that I reinvested that amount for another 12 months.According to Simphiwe there s no investment. He was so arrogant and giving me inaccurate information which has caused a huge inconvenience of me going into the branch wasting my time and be told the funds are there. Why couldnt he provide that information over the phone???
