Incompetence!!!Theft!!!

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>For several months SB has been deducting huge amounts from my business account as supposed credit card payments. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm the beginning of January 23000 was deducted which completely destroyed my monthly cash flow. I phoned the ***** line and funds were returned as an erroneous deduction. </p> <p> </p> <p>My credit card expired on 1 Jan and was sent to the wrong branch, thus I have not had possession of my card for over a month. </p> <p> </p> <p>On 1 February R23 067. 74 was deducted from my cheque account again for my credit card which I do not have and can thus not have used!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned SB ***** Line : They can't help me must phone card division. </p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned card division : They can't help me, my advisor in branch must. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous!!! I'm running a business and Standard Bank takes money out of my account as they see fit!!!
