Incompetence - Standard Bank - Bedfordview

<p>PRIVATE BANKERS at Standard Bank in Bedfordview are a JOKE!!!</p> <p>Jeanette Moore approached me while at ABSA and pulled my portfolio over to Std Bank - her service up and till she was promoted was excellent.</p> <p>Then a lady by the name of Angie Nkuna ********** took over from her.........and what can I say - she was *********** and never dealt with any query and could not resolve anything (also never returned calls) When she moved on I was so excited but guess what service went from bad to worse. Hazel Maseko ********** took over her portfolio but WOW excuses all the time........ in fact she said to me that she had a huge back log and was still fixing Angie Nkuna problems and queries. Hazel to this day which must be at least 6/8 months has still not come back to me TOTALLY *********** - not sure what a personal banker means to Standard Bank????</p> <p>I then went in to Standard Bank in Bedfordview and asked for a name of someone that I could deal with that was Hazel superior and I was told Thandi Motaung ********** I email her and she phoned me the next day, she said I must give her a week and she will phone me back GUESS WHAT just like all the others I am still waiting???</p> <p>In conclusion, my personal account, 2 x business accounts, my wife, daaughter and son account is with Standard and this is the quality of service I receive.</p> <p>I am now in the process of moving 6 accounts over to a competitor I am sure that wont mean much to Standard Bank</p>
