Incompetence rising at Standard bank!

Good evening,

Lately I have been receiving really ***** service from Standard bank in general. Last week it was my card being blocked, this week it's transaction that's delayed!! For what reason?? Do you people have a Fùcking problem???? I am really getting sick and tired of this Bull***** from you people. For 2 years I have banked with you and my Funds that I receive from my fiance is always in on a Thursday night at 7pm. And there shouldn't be a reason as the public holiday is only tomorrow! You people don't realize how you fùck with people's lives because you *****s can't do your job when you're supposed to. I have commitments that need to be made now I have to wait due to your banks incompetence!!!!! Someone there is not doing their job because your service keeps going down. Maybe I should move back to fnb, I had ***** with them, but at least their staff has bit more savvy than you lot. They actually do their job.
