Incompetence of Standard Ban****

After applying for partial vehicle finance with Standard Bank, three days later they sent me the offer to purchase and I made the deposit. But on the day I was scheduled to collect the vehicle Standard Bank made a claim that I do not have a valide vehicle license. I took it upon myself to contact three various traffic departments and sent them the proof that my license is in fact valid and reflecting on the E-Natis system. Still they refused to accept my proof. Either they need to update their system or they failed to do proper due diligence. They requested I present them with a temporary license. I feel that their conduct was very unprofessional to expect from me to do this whilst my current license is still valid until 2021. I will not be forced to be dishonest to the traffic department and claim a temporary license whilst I am in possession of a valid one. I will NEVER do business with Standard Bank ever again.
