incompetence and lack of respect

This is a follow up on the report I wrote on 7 July 2015. Since the reporting I haven't enjoyed any service from this bank. There was a shortfall with the money I requested which was paid on 10 July 2015. I made a follow up on the matter on 14 July 2015 and promised that the turn around time to rectify the matter was 17 July 2015. To date nothing has happened, I had to make calls and put on hold forever. ****ed off. I need a competent bank that can migrate this home loan account to theirs. I have reached a point of no return.
