Incompetence and App inconvenience
Since Friday (16th November 2024), i have been struggling to play lotto on their Appl, when I tap on lotto, it says "this might take seconds", then the Lotto add-on will just disappear. This is very unacceptable and there's no explanation for this kind of bad service.
