Incompetence!

Worst bank ever, called in to find out who had made an enquiry in my name since my credit profile said standard bank had made an equiry. Called their complaints department got a lady that was so rude who eventually hung up the phone and told me they don't work with clear score...like ***! called their ***** department and phone was hung up on my ear again.Really glad I dont bank with the worst bank in the world with *********** employees I dont advice anyone to bank with them should they have any issue calls will be dropped in their ear instead of being assisted .
