INCOMPENTENCY and ******** ACTION at STANDARD BANK

I have an agreement to pay my outstanding balance on a credit card for almost 5 years now. I paid all installments up to date. When applying for a AVAF at ABSA I was notified that there is a default against me at the credit bureau for this card. Apparentely this card was handed over to the attorneys somewhere in April as they are not in possession of any agreement. I wasn't even notified of this. The consultant at the legal department was rude when confronted with a request to explain the reason for this ******** action.
