Incom petent frau d department

Standard Bank's fra ud teams need to start hiring people who can do their jobs properly. They keep marking legitimate transactions as frau dulent. They're causing my internet and other services to get suspended because of failed payments.

They block a lot of other transactions as well. I'm going to have to open a new credit card with a different bank, because my Standard Bank card is unusable.

I've talked with my private banker about this and nothing has improved after several months. I'm fed up.
