Incapable ***** department

I had an experience where a Standard Bank client attempted to commit ***** by sending an email to my employer to change my banking details. The person sent a Standard Bank confirmation letter to my employer with my name appearing as the account holder......I don't even have a Standard Bank acc. The ***** dept took the bank acc number and stated that he will report the account. I cannot believe that anything will ve done to their client because I was not even asked to forward the *****ulent bank dtail confirmation letter that my employer forwarded to me?? I was also denied the privilege to get feedback on how this *****ster will be dealt with?
