Inappropriate deception

Have legal tender and have been advised by the reserve bank to come and deposit into my account at Standard bank. Upon visiting stand ard bank being kicked from pillar to post whilst the reserve bank clearly states to deposit into my standard bank account. Mmatshepoenny and Jason causing and inconvenience whilst having legal tender. Elsie E Matselela refused blatantly to assist with legal tender where Charmaine Booysen and the teller in Fordsburg on Thursday mentioned to come with notes only to find the branch was not in operation and was sent to Killarney branch sat in queue for 2 hours the teller counted up Mmatshepo Madiba could not and did not want to assist clients when the branch is in operation at Killarney the reserve bank clearly states all branches all to which they pretend not to know and emailed them compliance from the reserve bank.
