inappropriate customer handling

I have paid up credit to standard bank over ayear ago. Infact I so overpaid that standard bank ended up owing me a refund, which I eventually received after a while. The problem now is that according to my credit report I still have a flag to my name. It isnt a judgement, default listing, but its there. Aftwr numeroua attempts its still there. This flag needs to be removed, I dont owe you a cent.<br>
