Inadequate FICA action

Firstly I belong to private banking suite. Was asked to go into the branch purposely to ensure that they could change my son's savings account as the card dated back to 6 years old and he is now15, as they needed to FICA him. I took in birth certificate - now a couple of months later they froze the account as they didn't have the birth certificate? No request first, just froze the account!! Don't make your inefficiency my problem...My son was embarrassed because the bank is ineffective...
