Inactive account **** by standard bank

I cannot believe that they Kept my account active even though there were no activities on m account just charging me more money before I know it, I now owe R6000 on bank fees. this is ridiculous. Anyone know where I can report matter to get assistance from being ****med by standard bank. When I called them to call the account, they said they cannot close an owing account. I did not know the account was still active I just stopped using it little did I know 2 years of in activity will result in 6K of Owings. I have been unemployed for 2 years no money coming it or out of my account.
