Inability to remove hold from accessbond

After a purchasing agreement was cancelled on my property, I requested Standard Bank to remove the hold on my Accessbond 3 months ago already but after 4 calls to the call centre and so many promises that it will be reinstated I still cant access my savings. There is according to Standard Bank no reason why the hold should still be in place any more??<br> <br> I am SICK of wasting my time with their call centre
