Inability to make EFTs for months

During late 2015, I realised that One Time Passwords (OTPs), needed to make new EFT payments, are not sent to my phone. This meant that I could not do EFTs. I email the Internet Banking support address, but received no response to date from them. I proceeded to phone the Help Desk, who took so long that my airtime ran out and I could not contact them. Eventually the person manning their twitter account tried to reset my OTP settings. I thought that this fixed it, but it did not.

After finding out that I am still unable to do EFTs, I switched from sms OTPs to email OTPs. But my email address on the system was my expired University one, and I was stuck. I visited Cresta branch, requesting a change in email address and I was told it is fixed. Back at work, however, I found that it still sent OTPs to my Stellenbosch email address. I phoned help desk and requested that OTPs are sent as sms' again and I was assured it's fixed. On the Internet Banking page, however, it said the OTP was sent to my Email address (the wrong one) again.

I am fed up with Standard Bank's technical incompetence (or unwillingness to properly assist) with this OTP issue.
