In November 2019 Standard Bank made us an offer to pay out Credit Card in full with a 20% discount so we made made an coubter offer for wich we could afford that time and they accepted our offer so on the 7th of January 2020 we made a payment through the Laywers Velile Tinto recieved a letter that the account is paid in full and account is closed I don't even have a Credit Card from them so now all of a sudden they start calling us that we still own them money and you cant talk to these people they so rude and they don't want to listen so I spoke to a lady send all the Emails from the laywers to her but still nothing still phoning now I'm really getting pi@@d off with them somebody didn't do their job and now I must pay sorry they not getting a cent from me get yje right people that can do the job
