In limbo

I have been banking with Standard Bank for 6 years now. I app**** for a fixed-term loan at the Clearwater mall Standard Bank branch and I was so thrilled to hear that my loan was approved. I was told that funds would reflect in my account within 48 hrs and submitted all the supporting documents they requested. It has been over a week now and I still have not heard back from the sales division, even though I was assured they would call me today; just like every other day. I have still not received the call. Service at the branch is great, however, once I left on both occasions it goes silent. I have to follow up constantly. Not sure what to do anymore... Standard Bank please assist. Kindly, Nkembo
