In Arrears but not really in arrears !

On the 20/05/2016 I called customer care for assistance in changing my debit order date for my home loan from the 25th of every month to the last day or the 1st.I was advised that it cannot be changed to the last day of the month and that i should opt for the 1st instead.i was also told to send a signed letter to ********** I did.So my debit order went off the 25th as expected , the 1st week in June the harrasment started claiming that im in arrears for a payment that was suppose to go off 1stJune2016 as well.I then contacted Kedibone02/06/2016she advised me that there was some sort of miscommunication between two departments and that im not in arrears ,i should go ahead and make a payment 30thJune2016(which i did).My husband then called and spoke to Tsepo in payments and he confirmed the notes made regarding my query with Kedibone. My question is this WHY am i being harrased almost daily for something ive been paying religiously since inception?Who do i need to slap to get this sorted?Whos going to claim responsibilty for interested charged and my tarnished credit record?I need ....WANT this sorted out ASAP ! today we called customer care again and there is apparently no record of any of our conversations!UNNACEPTABLE!if i knew i simple switch in debit order dates was going to be such a mission i would never have called customer care because clearly someone somewhere dont know what the process is !!!
