In an Emergency and Standard Bank to Standard Bank money is NOT reflecting

Standard bank is one of the most useless makes in Africa. I have an Emergency and someone sent me money using a standard bank account to my standard bank account. the money appears on my account but i cant use it.

when i call, i am told it takes one business day, when i ask about reversing it, they say that will take 21 days like what the hell. can you please clear my money standard bank, we are POOR people, we need our money now to run our lives, we are hanging by threats we dont have business days to spare
