ImTired of honoring fees.

This is the second month where by STD bank is falsely charging me with honoring fee. I would like for standard bank to remove this honoring fees from my account. I can't walk into BMW and swipe a new x5 with this card, hence the fact, I don't spend more than what I have in my account. Who ever came up with this honoring fee must be a biggest ******** ever. I just want my card to decline like all other Banks do.
