Impressive Service
I ordered a card from the Standard Bank Balfour Park Branch, Johannesburg and i had not received any message to collect. A Lady named Tshilidzi Mulaudzi called me at 20:10 pm tonight and explained to me that there had been a mix up regarding how I was to receive it. I was impressed by the level of professionalism, the way in which she ensured that my situation gets solved immediately. Now I'm due to collect my card with a day or two depending on when they call. Really impressed!
