Impressed With One Of Their Staff

I would just like to write a review regarding such a pleasant experience with Standard Bank.

I have never been a standard bank customer but I look forward to them dealing with my money.

I app**** for a credit card last week and no response was given I then sent an email to ********** and a lady by the name of Noluthando contacted me and sent through a request for sales to contact me, not even an hour lady sales had phoned me and the lady went through everything with me and it was approved and she went through the terms and conditions etc as you’d get when opening one. I then haven’t received my contract via email to what I was spoken to about, I then contacted Noluthando again via the ********** and she gladly responded to me and is now assisting me,

Thank you so much standard bank for hiring such a professional and someone who is willing to go the extra mile for your clients.
